At Octo-Mood, We're Not Monsters

We want you to actually love your gear. If you don't, we'll make it right—because holding your money hostage for stuff you hate isn't our vibe.

 

We Offer Refunds For:

Items we messed up and sent you the wrong thing (our bad)

 

Damaged or defective products (because selling you broken stuff would be pretty bold)

 

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. That's a whole month, which is plenty of time to realize something's wrong.

To request a refund, contact us at support@octomood.co with your order number and a quick explanation of what went sideways.
